Product Manager – Lightweight Roof Systems JB-46

- Ownership of all product-related documentation, including: Data Sheets, User Manuals, White Papers, and Technical Guidelines (installation and operation instructions).
- Project management and oversight of all product development initiatives.
- End-to-end management of the product lifecycle: design, manufacturing, sales, delivery, installation, end-of-life, and recycling.
- Definition and management of the product roadmap, including future versions, features, and timelines.
Requirements:
-
High-level English – both spoken and written, including communication with clients.
-
Strong customer orientation – less of a technical engineering role, more focused on product ownership.
-
Academic background in Engineering – Required.
-
Proven experience as a Product Manager for a physical/tangible product.
-
Natural leadership skills with the ability to lead and unify cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
-
Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirement specifications.
-
Experience producing end-user manuals and installation/manufacturing instructions.
-
Basic drafting skills (CAD or equivalent) – advantage.
-
High level of self-learning capabilities – including in areas such as regulations, standards, performance benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
