Project and Sales Management – Automotive Division JB-38

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage SDR processes with new clients in global markets.
  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research: analyze companies, trends, needs, and standards.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with international clients in the automotive, energy, and mobility industries.
  • Manage technical documentation, standards, and engineering drawings.
  • Prepare presentations, quotations, and client-facing materials.
  • Perform back-office tasks such as managing client calendars, completing forms, and updating the CRM system.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and drive internal processes with engineering, R&D, quality, and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Project  Management, or Presales roles.
  • Strong technical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, or technology systems
  • Excellent English – verbal, written, and reading comprehension (must).
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage: German, Spanish, Italian, French.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Fast learner, especially with technical content and regulatory documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player with a proactive mindset.
  • High work ethic and willingness to handle both strategic and operational tasks.
